I always get a great workout and have wonderful instructor. I would recommend coming here!
I love pboa! I’ve tried a couple other workout studios before settling here and the thing that had me coming back was the community and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The workouts are challenging but worth it! This is my happy place😊
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was super intimidated to try it out, but everyone is so welcoming & supportive! The classes are challenging & I see/feel a huge difference in my body. Shout out to Erin, Kelly, Ashlyn & Katie for always pushing me to be better!!
