I love it here so much! The staff is not only knowledgable but they are filled with so much love for what they do and I adore the energy that each of them brings. The classes are effective and QUICK. The studio itself is beautiful and clean. It’s a vibe. Oh and they have the cutest and comfiest apparel. I’m an Alo girly and they carry some of the cutest sets from there!
What a fun community and a fun place to be in! Great music, knowledgable instructors, and the studio manager, Rosie, is an absolute gem of a woman. What a fun way to move my body!!!
I tried my first barre class here a year ago and never could have imagined it would become my preferred studio ever since. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful, and all of the teachers are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend giving this studio a try!
The instructors are amazing and the class formats are always changing to make it fun!
