I love the exercises that combine strength training, flexibility, and elements of dance. The instructors are fantastic - knowledgeable and encouraging! And the community is great, probably one of the best aspects of being a part of Pure Barre.
What I like about Pure Barre is 1) The challenging and efficient workouts providing a wide range of exercises for flexibility, strength, and balance. 2) The availability of frequent classes throughout the week, making it easier to fit in workouts. 3) The welcoming atmosphere and camaraderie amongst the participants attending class. 4) The engaging soundtracks and shared experience that boost motivation and performance. and 5) The encouragement and enthusiasm of the management and instructors.
I’ve always enjoyed the Pure Barre workouts and I’m so happy I started back with Pure Barre Huntsville!! The classes are equal parts fun and tough! The staff are all incredible and create such a warm and inviting environment where you feel instantly welcomed and like you’ve known them forever!! Owners Susanna and Angelica have done an amazing job with the team they’ve assembled!! Shout outs also to Christine, Kassondra, Kelsi, and Lindsay!! You ladies are all amazing!!
Pure Barre Huntsville has the kindest, most friendly people! They welcome and support me as I work to maintain strength and flexibility. This is the best workout for all ages but especially for an older body.
