This was my first time trying Barre. Macy H. was the instructor and boy was she great! She was able explain things to make it easy for me to understand what to do, while not holding back the rest of the class. It was a much tougher workout than I would’ve ever thought. I got a great sweat and I felt like I worked muscles I never knew I had lol. I definitely recommend trying Macy’s class.
