This was my first barre class in about 10 years, and it was different than the classes I used to attend, but very good. I think I will definitely feel it in the morning. The front desk staff was great, the instructor made sure to take time to correct my form and anyone else who needed it.
I love Pure Barre! I always get a challenging workout in a supportive environment that doesn't make me feel I am being yelled at! I love that every class has people at all different fitness levels and we can all work at the level that is right for us that day.
