Awesome experience! Stephanie was fantastic.
I had not taken this type of class before, but it was new, fresh and exciting. I enjoyed the Kiley and the class. Will return.
I took a Pure Barre class with Stephanie and she was awesome!! Super clear with her instructions and really encouraging the whole time. The class was challenging (in a good way), but she made it feel really doable and so fun. Loved her energy—she was positive and made sure everyone felt supported. I definitely felt the burn but left feeling strong and accomplished.
I took my first barre class last week with Stephanie and got an excellent workout. The exercise routine targeted the entire body and Stephanie did a great job leading us through the class, she provided correction when needed so we could receive maximum benefit. It was a great experience and I plan on taking more barre classes, thank you Pure Barre in Decatur and Stephanie for a great workout.
