I’ve been taking classes here for a few years and I’d like to share why I love it and why I keep coming back! I enjoy having different formats and styles outside of the classic barre style class. Even within the classic style, every class is different and the variety is wonderful. It’s amazing how a single class can accommodate a person on their first class to their 500th class. I absolutely love Pure Barre Cypress! The studio has an amazing vibe, and I genuinely look forward to every workout. What sets it apart for me is that I can get a super intense workout that challenges me without being hard on my knees. Every group of workouts is thoughtfully designed, and I’ve loved each one. Whether you’re just starting or looking to level up your fitness, I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!
