Have really enjoyed my first 15 classes and well on my way to my new fitness journey. The moves are very adaptable (i have a knee cyst), and the classes are challenging. It took a few classes to really get used to things - i have no other workout/yoga/anything background. The instructors are very helpful.
Love cypress pure barre! It’s the one hour I get to myself. As a mom of three, that is a sacred and precious hour. That hour is amazing for my physical health and mental health. Pure barre helped me during my pregnancies and made the delivery and recovery process much easier. On top of that, it’s an amazing community with teachers, staff, and fellow customers who cheer and support one another.
Really enjoy the barre classes here. Easy to pick up, super fun and challenging. Awesome workout environment. Instructors are great and help guide you to good forms. I have learned a lot and I am very happy to have discovered Pure Barre!
The Pure Barre Cypress community is unlike any other fitness community I’ve experienced! Everyone is so kind and genuine, and I love the different events and promotions that the studio runs. They’re such great motivation for my fitness journey, and I’ve had a lot of fun so far participating in them!
