Really love this Pure Barre studio! Super welcoming staff and atmosphere. I am new to barre as a workout itself, and I’ve really been loving it. I always get in a full body workout without feeling too stagnant or too out of breath!
I’ve been taking classes here for a few years and I’d like to share why I love it and why I keep coming back! I enjoy having different formats and styles outside of the classic barre style class. Even within the classic style, every class is different and the variety is wonderful. It’s amazing how a single class can accommodate a person on their first class to their 500th class.
