Pure Barre Frederick has truly given me the discipline I didn’t know I needed. The classes are challenging yet empowering, and the instructors are so supportive and encouraging. I’ve noticed real changes in both my strength and mindset since joining.
Love this Pure Barre studio! The workouts are amazing, and the instructors and management are the sweetest. I feel more toned than ever!
Updated to reflect the new ownership. Quality of the studio is still on point, Angie is great! The teachers and clients are all wonderful and incredibly welcoming. The best part is that there are real bodies and real people that come to this studio and take the classes. There is not a one size fits all mold of tiny waists and perfect hair. I cannot stress how supportive, encouraging and wonderful everybody in the studio is.
