Is it studio policy or is it because I’m not white? I’ve been to this class a few times and had a pleasant experience but this recent time I went I arrived 20 SECONDS after the class start time and the front desk lady (named Grace) refused to let me in. I checked the studio website and there was no policy stating that. She refused to let me speak to the manager and I was met with a ton of hostility. The community and instructors are all very kind! I love the different styles and the fast-paced classes. There are tons of modifications to increase or decrease intensity. It's a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic workout.
I love the different choices for workouts, the early morning class times, ease of scheduling, and amazing, motivating instructors! The classes are welcoming and inclusive and meet everyone WHERE THEY ARE - no judgement zone. Feeling myself get stronger every week since I started is the best. 3 years in and still loving it!
