This is THE best place in Frederick! All the instructors are so so nice and welcoming! Regardless of how packed the class is, the instructor is always there for you to correct and guide as needed. This is extremely helpful and the reason why PB does help you get toned faster - the technique is key and personally I think it’s hard to achieve that just by going to the gym. After having a baby, I was nervous to start exercising again. I knew a class setting would motivate me more, but I was anxious about being a beginner surrounded by experienced members.
