I love the challenge and the camaraderie. It’s like you’re working out with a room full of your friends….and in my case, several of the are. It’s a time to focus on making myself better every time I’m there. And the scheduling is flexible enough to accommodate my crazy schedule.
Pure Barre has totally improved my health and physique. They offer a good variety of classes that are challenging while promoting toning, balance, stretching and cardio. The instructors are top notch and work with you individually to ensure you can safely workout. I have had 2 knee replacements, so I love that I can use the bar when needed. The instructors are always right there to help modify the routines as necessary. A shout out to Julia she makes each class the best.
My favorite place to keep my body and mind healthy. The best instructors and staff. Everyone is really welcoming and encouraging. ❤️

Pure Barre Viera is the best workout class and studio! The teachers are so passionate and knowledge about every type of class. There are so many options for every type of workout. I love the ability to pick what I need.
