Amazing place to be in!! The community, environment, instructors and oh.. the music :) get you move. As someone who did not grow up working out/ this has become my lifestyle now!!! 200% recommended. As a 62 year old with a creaky knee, I am thrilled to find a workout that I can actually do and make it through it and not hurt myself. I like the music and the way they motivate me. I’ve been going to Pure Barre Edmond for about 2 years now.
I have been going here since 2022. I remember my first day and not being able to do a core move with lifting my legs table top. Now I can lift my core up with ease. I absolutely love everything about this place. The front staff, the instructors and the actual workouts are all amazing! Define is my fav, with Align a close second.
