Growing up as a dancer a barre format workout class always intrigued me. When I had the chance to take a free class at Pure Barre Wichita I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Since then, I have been hooked! I love the focus needed for each class - I truly forget about everything else for about 50 minutes and it is challenging in all the best ways. Pure Barre has given me so much confidence, has made me physically and mentally stronger, and best of all has given me an amazing sense of community!
I have been working out at Pure Barre Wichita for 4+ years and I totally recommend it. When I first started I was nervous because I had never taken a barre class. The instructors are so supportive and patient. The workouts continue to be a challenge, and the instructors continue to encourage and support. The classes are small and friendly. It is a safe and clean environment. Barre classes are hard, but Pure Barre Wichita is the best place to give barre a try!
If you want a workout that is fun, challenging and judgement free, look no further! I’ve been going to Pure Barre Wichita for almost a year now and have really enjoyed not only the workout aspect (don’t let videos fool you, these workouts are tougher than they sometimes look!!) but also the community of women and amazing instructors here. I leave feeling good, having gotten a great workout in as well as some laughter and smiles in too!
Love this place and the staff!!! I'm approaching 200 classes at this location and I can't say enough positive things about the energy and the professional behavior of everyone on staff. If you haven't had a chance to try it out yet, you should definitely go. You'll love it.!!
The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I always get a good workout.
