I feel much more relaxed and feel better after any workout. The staff is amazing with and always there to greet you.
I just completed my second year at the Cedar Rapids PureBarre and I love it just as much as I did my first class. This program is great for all ages and fitness levels. The instructors at this studio are fantastic and always available to help with form and modifications. Looking forward to my third year!
Pure Barre offers a low-impact, yet highly effective, workout that works for all body types. I have gotten so much stronger since training at Pure Barre Cedar Rapids. I was able to strengthen my knee before surgery and my recovery from knee replacement went so much quicker. My physical therapist was amazed. An additional bonus from my time at Pure Barre are the ladies that I get to workout with. They are fun to talk with and everyone is extremely supportive.
I love that barre teaches you to manage the movement versus just moving. This training has helped me to learn how to engage my muscles in movement, ultimately improving my overall strength. The reminders to tuck, breath, and hands on correction always occur at the right moment to make sure I am getting the most of every class without injuring myself.
