I took a free class with Catherine (after seeing the ads on Instagram) and it was life-changing! She taught me flexibility, the fundamentals I’d need as a beginner, pairing it with OrangeTheory 🍊 She was so kind and considerate about asking about injuries: I’m so glad she made the leap into teaching barre! 🥳 ♥️
