I've had a great experience at this Pure Barre studio! The studio is always exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Missy at the front desk is always friendly, professional, and helpful. She greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. It's clear she genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for every member. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a clean, inviting, and professionally run place to work out!

I have been a member of this location for a couple of years now. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly! I especially love the variety of fun socks offered. The instructors really take time to explain the movements and help me when I need to modify because of old injuries. I highly recommend!

The class itself was challenging, and Miesha was a phenomenal instructor—she definitely deserves 5 stars! She created a welcoming environment and made the class enjoyable despite the challenge. Unfortunately, my experience with management was the opposite. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, I found them to be condescending, unaccommodating and snarky, especially knowing I was a first-time guest. A more welcoming and customer-focused approach would have made a significant difference in my overall experience.

If you want the most basic barre go here with limited classes available with unexperienced teachers who have no idea what they’re doing with a new teacher almost every month because they can’t hold employees ( they have one consistent instructor) . I moved pure barre studio locations and have had a completely different Pure Barre experience after joining here first. The owner (Edwina) is absolutely the most dishonest person as well when it comes to memberships and canceling. Written emails canceling memberships don’t ever go... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked a trial class for 11 a.m. and drove 30 minutes to get there. Yes, I arrived 5 minutes late because of traffic. I owned it, apologized, and took responsibility. They refused to let me in and moved me to an evening class that I paid for myself. So I drove back again that same day. The class started at 4:30 p.m. I arrived at 4:26, parked quickly, walked up, and it was 4:27. Three minutes before the class started. I was not late at all.
