Chris held an absolutely wonderful class for my first time! I was directed for proper movement and alignment for my body to receive the best benefits of the workout! Class was very upbeat and kept me interested and entertained the entire time! I can already feel the burn! Exactly what I was looking for! The owner also is very nice and I have forgotten her name already! I will definitely be back and highly recommend! Thanks for a great class ladies!!
