Barre is the only form of exercise I’ve ever stuck with. Some people say you either love it or hate it, and I love it. It allows all kinds of women and people with different body types, resistance and experience to workout and improve no matter their level of fitness. I love everything about Pure Barre! From the supportive community of teachers and fellow classmates, to the multiple class formats to prevent boredom and plateaus, and the challenges to take us to the next level. And of course, the actual workouts that work every muscle every time in less than one hour - it is fantastic!
Core is burning, second day. So far so good, the instructors are encouraging even though my body can't do everything. You will be on the floor on your back, side, sitting, andstanding by the bar. The instructors keep the classes going, so it's not slow at all.
