I signed up for the free first class. Upon receiving the confirmation email I realized I had selected a date/time that didn't work for me. I cancelled that class and signed up for a different time slot. But then I started receiving text after text after text! They all acknowledged I had cancelled the first class and urged me to sign up for a different one (which I had already done). The texts were so annoying that I replied STOP to opt out. The cleanliness of the studio. A large majority of the time there is hair on the floor. There is nothing more gross than when you are exercising on the floor and someone else's hair is sticking to you or your staring at it while doing floor exercises like planks. The mirror is rarely cleaned. When I was there last I asked the short blond receptionist to vaccum after class, she said ok, but the next day I went back for class, in the same spot and the hairs were still there.
