The cleanliness of the studio. A large majority of the time there is hair on the floor. There is nothing more gross than when you are exercising on the floor and someone else's hair is sticking to you or your staring at it while doing floor exercises like planks. The mirror is rarely cleaned. When I was there last I asked the short blond receptionist to vaccum after class, she said ok, but the next day I went back for class, in the same spot and the hairs were still there.
