The lady at the front desk is very kind and welcoming I really love the pure barre workouts, and I notice a positive change in my body composition. I have a few back issues and I can get a full body workout without injuring myself.
All of the instructors are great. Hassle free, challenging, but doable workout!

I am new to the studio. The staff is super friendly and I love the instructors! Amazing low impact workout. Studio is clean. I highly recommended trying it out!
