I love Pure Barre, I feel each exercise everywhere in my body. I like the instructors and that we are all women in a more private setting.
The lady at the front desk is very kind and welcoming I really love the pure barre workouts, and I notice a positive change in my body composition. I have a few back issues and I can get a full body workout without injuring myself.
