I absolutely love the different class structures, and the girls on staff are so sweet and encouraging.
An amazing team of instructors, providing dynamic corrections of movements during classes especially for new students such as myself. Love that everyone is doing their own personal best and getting stronger and firmer. The classes are absolutely designed with their students top of mind. Students trusting their bodies and absolutely enjoying classes and most importantly see results.
