The best place to workout
had my membership frozen due to an injury and was faithfully paying my freeze fee. When my debit card changed, the freeze fee payment bounced — something that happens and is easily resolved. Instead of handling it gracefully, I was immediately contacted by corporate demanding payment of a $20 late fee. I called to sort things out and potentially continue my freeze while recovering, but the customer service experience was so frustrating and difficult that I ended up canceling altogether. I enjoyed the challenge of the classes but most importantly the encouragement & personality from the instructors. I loved my experience. If it weren’t for my schedule, I’d continue classes here.
