It such an awesome workout and atmosphere. It's complete and holistic for your mind, body and spirit. The workouts are challenging and you get stronger all while receiving balance. It's a great experience!
I've never been great at keeping up with a gym, but I've fallen in love with Pure Barre and the awesome teachers there! After having kids this helped me feel myself again and stronger than ever!! Rebecca the owner is absolutely lovely, and there's plenty of variety in the classes to get what your body may need at different times! HIGHLY recommend!

Being a part of this team and this community has been incredible! Right when you walk into the studio, you are immediately greeted by the sweet desk associates and your instructor. The studio is clean, warming, and a truly safe space for all. Even your pup would want to join in on the fun! And you might even meet a forever friend :)
