First time taking a barre class in Fairfield last month and was very impressed. Aside from the instructors being amazing and the class itself being just the right amount of challenging, it seemed like all the members loved being there. Everyone was super friendly, many of them chatting with each other before class. Coming from NYC, where it can feel less community based, this is exactly what I was looking for. They earned a member for life!

No compassion for a nursing mother who arrived two minutes late to a class. Did not allow my wife to join the class in due to finishing breastfeeding. Absolutely horrible customer service and laughable policy that they shut the doors and obviously don't refund. Terrible franchise location and go to other Pure Barre or class based locations. Could not be more disappointed in how they treated my post partum wife.

This woman Pia or Lisa , or whatever her name is recommended this place to me, and it was terrible. They were not accommodating at all, snobby, rude and unprofessional. Much better locations exist. Do better pure barre Fairfield.

I did the classic pure barre class and absolutely loved it! The coach(Jess) was friendly, tough in the right ways, demonstrated the moves, and helped us all with slight adjustments to get the most out of our workout. At the end of class I was given a thorough and detailed explanation of the packages and classes! Highly recommend if you are looking for a local barre studio- can’t wait for my next class!
