Awesome workout I would gladly suggest it to anyone.
This was my first class... pretty fast-paced needless to say I had difficulty keeping up from one movement to the next ... hopefully my moves were done in correct form. I enjoyed the class overall a full- body workout.
This last Thanksgiving I started Pure Barre after the (eating frenzy). Today I am 15 lbs lighter, feel amazing, accomplished and am grateful for learning how to be better at being myself. It’s a great workout and love my fellow mates in the classes.
