Amanda is awesome. She was always friendly and accommodating. The team did a great job on my 2025 BMW M2 front mount intakes. I found out about them from tuners in the BMW community and they are top notch.
Under old owners I gave a 5 star review but now it's just a 1 star cause that's the lowest you can put. Been trying to get an oil change for over a month and they keep needing to buy oil and never call me back so I bought oil and filter and now they're too busy...I've been going to pure for 7 years and now will never go again and will take my cars elsewhere
Last week I took my 2021 Camaro into pure automotive for an alignment. My car has moderate suspension upgrades. First impressions are always important and I must say they are amazing. My steering wheel was completely straight! The alignment was pin point! The car drives so straight now! Finally got some good weather this Sunday and I took the car on a 2 hour drive through some backroads, I must say the car handles like a DREAM! Staff was very friendly and despite some minor issues with my car they were able to get everything squared away. Will be returning in the future for sure.
