I've had some negative experiences with mechanics before so I'm always a bit leary when an issue crops up but everyone at Pure Automotive seemed honest and genuine. I usually DIY as much as I feel capable of but I had a pretty large issue this time around and Pure came highly recommended from a neighbor. Ernie was extremely transparent and exhausted every possibility before opening the engine up and diagnosis the significant issue at hand. This place is great. I realized my tail light was broken, they were able to get my car in and out quickly so I didn’t have to risk getting pulled over. Will def be back and 10/10 recommend.
