Pure Automotive was recommended by a former coworker who drives a porche. Many of their customer's have high performance cars with modifications. Yet they care for my simple Mazda 3 as if it were a super car. they often tell me I do not need a particular repair. my last experience before discovering Pure was at Heritage Automotive Group in Catonsville. Guys were good and hot me in and out as quickly as I believe they could. Very helpful with other questions I had and really was an all around great experience! Well accept for the bill which is never good when unexpected car failure occurs!
I've had some negative experiences with mechanics before so I'm always a bit leary when an issue crops up but everyone at Pure Automotive seemed honest and genuine. I usually DIY as much as I feel capable of but I had a pretty large issue this time around and Pure came highly recommended from a neighbor. Ernie was extremely transparent and exhausted every possibility before opening the engine up and diagnosis the significant issue at hand.
