My sister made an appointment on Friday to look at a specific vehicle the following Monday. My sister and I had an appointment to see a car and drove over an hour to get there. When we arrived, we were told it had sold days before. Nobody reached out to let us know, even though they confirmed our appointment. It was very inconvenient and a waste of our time. We won’t be doing business here.
