Scott was prompt and professional! I called late in the afternoon and explained that my windshield had been hit by a rock and was cracking across the driver side. I explained I was in kind of a time crunch because we were leaving out of town in two days. He gave me a what I thought was a reasonable quote and said he could schedule it for the next morning.
