I had the absolute worst experience ever with this shop! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My car had broken down on 95 heading north while I was 4 and 1/2 hours away from home, and I had to have my car towed here because I didn't know what else to do because it was the only shop opened close enough to where I broke down. I told them that I knew that my fuel pump was bad but I didn't realize I shouldn't have been driving it long distance. I will not be returning here. New issues became with my car after they replaced a cable for me. The cable had 3 delivery delays which left me without a car for an unnecessary amount of time and required me to pay additional out of pocket expenses to travel to work. I asked for them change the oil while my car was at the shop waiting for the new part and they were kind enough to not charge me for the service due to the unnecessary delays which was appreciated. Responsive. Does good, quick work. A bit expensive on some repairs, though flexible if another shop will price the same repair lower.
Rude customer service and rude manager, no wonder why all the shops out here have bad reviews and poor quality work. Steve also lied and gave me 3 different prices for the same job. Not to mention the little girl answering the phone doesn’t know anything about cars.
