They did good work for me a few times in the past (diagnosis and repair), but it just seems like they've changed how they are doing business. I came in for a rotate and balance (had purchased the lifetime balance), and they tried to sell me new CV axles claiming they were leaking/cracked which I declined. Great service. This is my go to for automotive service.
My coworker took his truck to a repair shop due to the truck having poor performance issues and was having trouble mainly when starting to drive forward. Although the staff was friendly, the diagnostic process seemed incomplete, as they appeared to just replacing parts rather than accurately troubleshooting the problem.
