I’m a new pool owner and unfortunately had a lot of dirt in the pipe work on handover. So our new pool was filled with dirty, cloudy water. After 5 days of trying to clear it, I paid Pure Aqua a visit, they gave some suggestions, alongside some guidance on my chlorinator which had my chlorine levels too high. We’ve just moved to Maudsland and this is our first time owning a pool. When I went into Pure Aqua for help, Nathan was incredibly helpful and patient. His customer service was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Today, Nathan came out to service our pool and once again went above and beyond, making sure we understood everything and answering all our questions in detail. Not my usual pool shop but after searching various online sites they had the item I was after at the best price by far. It was definitely worth driving the couple of extra kilometres. Staff member was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out and comparing prices.
