We’ve just moved to Maudsland and this is our first time owning a pool. When I went into Pure Aqua for help, Nathan was incredibly helpful and patient. His customer service was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Today, Nathan came out to service our pool and once again went above and beyond, making sure we understood everything and answering all our questions in detail. Not my usual pool shop but after searching various online sites they had the item I was after at the best price by far. It was definitely worth driving the couple of extra kilometres. Staff member was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out and comparing prices.
I have been using Pure Aqua Pool Care for many years. Karlie is very knowledgeable about pool maintenance and very helpful with advice. Nathan has always been quick to help when major work, ie new motor, new chlorinator cell, new cleaner etc have to be installed. Can't recommend them enough.
Have used Pure Aqua for many years. Would not go anywhere else. Nathan and Carlie know their stuff and are just genuine and awesome people. Thoroughly recommend. 5 stars.
