I had a blast here while I was on Vaca from Seattle and the staff was very friendley. Have to say one of the coolest Aquariums I been too. Defent recommend :)
Came to my house, had a great meeting, and a great plan! After weeks of waiting I finally got a proposal. I immediately confirmed the order and confirmed regular service and offered to pay a deposit. He ghosted. I've emailed multiple times and he just disappeared. Such a bummer because they seem like a top notch company that are passionate about their work. Tony has been very responsive to our requests and our pond looks great!
These guys are solid. The estimate was clear and professional. Once we agreed upon service, the rest has been incredibly simple- they show up at the agreed upon time without fail. I don’t need to do anything but pay the bill and enjoy my hot tub.
