I’m very happy with the service. Marty and crew installed a new dryer vent and cleaned the ductwork.
Not dependable
Pretty sure we just got scammed. We asked for an air duct cleaning service, and I think we got a vent cleaning service for $2000. We were also told we had mold in the system, and got a quick sanitation treatment, with no permanent treatment in the furnace to make sure the mold doesn't come back. Also I'm wondering...the company is called Pure Air Duct Cleaning and the truck says CleanAir? And did I mention the entire service was completed in an hour....we called other companies after he left, a true air duct cleaning should ... read more
Arrived 2 hours late with no communication. Called the office for an update on eta and only got their voicemail and no call back. I got a text from the tech 40 minutes after the scheduled window with an eta. Service wasnt done to completion nor to the quality I expected. Didnt clean out every vent, per described service, upon inspection after the tech left. Didnt clean the returns either. left a lot of dirt around the floor vents in the basement and debris in other areas. I would highly recommend hiring another company. UPDA... read more
