Pure Air was pleasant and easy to work with. Service appointments were competitively priced and scheduled without long lead time. The technician, Sean, arrived on time, knows what he's doing, communicated well, and completed servicing my furnace promptly. I am a satisfied customer.
Sean was incredibly thorough and professional in diagnosing our HVAC issue. We had mold growing in our Daikin ceiling cassette, for the first time since install 8 years ago. This was surprising and scary, as it’s very unhealthy to breathe in our own bedroom. He took it apart and cleaned it very well, not just the mold but the dust off of the coils etc. Then put it back together and ran it to check it. Now we feel safe again. Third photo is before pic.
We had them come out to service our furnace and heat pump. The price was very fair and reasonable, and Sean did a great job.
