Big shout-out to PAC, AC went down, waiting on another guy 4 days 101 inside, called PAC. Here within 4-5 hours after I talked to shop (called eve befor, did not declare emergency) William knew his stuff, evaporator fan running, compressor, not so much. He took I apart, pulled red lead up and said this is 1st prob. put it all back together, slapped gauges on it, and is running good. My point here is, he could have told me comp. dead, but didn't. !st time using, and will be my1st call WHEN it breaks again, it will, just when.... read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. My husband and I own an older home in Brandon, MS and our HVAC system, including the ductwork underneath the house, needed replacing last April.
