What a disappointment this company has been. Their technicians over charged our system after installing a new coil, which led to the compressor dying and blowing the surge protector. This was after two months and six visits from them to try and fix our ac. They don't fix their mistakes they just put a bandage on it. Zero stars do not recommend. Had to hire a different company to replace the entire unit. This is the opposite of customer service.

I’ve been a Pure Air customer for over 10 years. They have always provided excellent service. They installed my A/C system and maintain it. Whether it’s for routine maintenance or an emergency service their technicians are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Pure Air to anyone looking for the best A/C company in Naples!!

Before Pure Air Conditioning I used 5 other a/c service companies and always wondered if I was being treated fairly. Now, I cannot imagine using another company; after every service with Pure Air I feel like I am a valued customer.
