Five stars. Dex from Pure Air stopped by at the time that was specified and was very professional and made sure to be thorough in his evaluation of what the issue was. He broke it down and presented possible options to consider and then issued an estimate pricing for the options promptly. I was confident that the pricing was very competitive and fair and decided to go ahead and overhaul the heating system and revise the out of date ducting.
