I came here about three months ago & got my first Brazilian Wax . I was made to feel at ease. She talked me through step by step. She ensured I was comfortable the entire time. The experience was great! I can't say enough. These ladies rock! I have been going monthly every since!

I had my first wax about 2 years ago and never desired to get another one....until I came to Pure in June. After the wonderful customer service provided by Maribel and the process being quick and efficient, I knew I would be a returning customer. She was very friendly and talked me through the entire process. Any question that I had, she had a thorough answer. I just booked my 2nd wax since June and will continue to see Maribel monthly!

Nikkie was awesome! I was very impressed by the great customer service she provided and relaxing environment for what could have been a totally uncomfortable situation! She was very patient with me and explained things as she went along, while constantly checking to see how I was doing through the entire process. She even provided helpful advice for what to expect and what to do afterwards! I will be a returning customer! Thanks Nikkie!
