I visited Pure Medical Spa for the first time today! I walked in and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! And very clean! The young man at the front desk, I think his name was Joe. He was the Marketing Director! He was very nice and friendly! The Aesthetician that took care of me was name, Dawn! She is a sweet young lady! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable! Dawn was amazing. She walked me through what was going to take place prior to the procedure. Then each time she moved to a new area she let me know what to expect. That is so important to me as I get a little anxiety doing something new and she made me feel very calm and relaxed. I knew I was in good hands with her. It’s only been 4 hrs after my procedure and I feel great.
Everyone at PURE Medical Spa are friendly and professional. Vickie was so sweet and helpful. Of course Julie is the best! Highly recommend
