We can’t believe how poorly we were treated on the afternoon of Jan 5th 2001. Prior to leaving we attempted to use everything we had to try and secure approval for a classy Chevy Tahoe. After telling us how much we were apart of the deal we secured our own $8,000 loan. Upon them hearing that, they immediately devalued our trade-in and still requested extra cash they are crooks and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and their local Chambers of Commerce.
