They are very professional and really genuinely care about the animals and people. I got very emotional at one point and they were able to reassure me, and actually took the time to explain the situation. I never feel brushed off. And they have been very honest with me. I can't even express how much I appreciate everything they've done. Dr Josh is awesome. And they did a great job on my dogs dental procedure dental procedure yesterday. I've taken all our cats there over the last 17 years. All the vet docs I've had at Purdy vet gave been outstanding! The staff and technicians are wonderful, you can tell they really care about the wellbeing of your pet. They want the best four pet!
Our senior dog had increasing health problems and took a serious turn for the worse over a weekend. Our previous vet was no longer available so I contacted Purdy Veterinary and must say they were extremely kind and accommodating. Euthanasia is so difficult to deal with, but everyone there was supportive, the process was as gentle as possible and I deeply appreciate all they did for both me and our beloved Chloe.
I have been taking my little rescue dog there for almost two years. Always able to get an appointment. Everyone there I KIND, CARING, and PROFESSIONAL. My little guy had to have dental surgery....very traumatic for ME.......but Claudia was wonderful. Explained everything, so "I" could understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good doctor for their pet.
I love the staff and the care they give each individual animal. My granddogs have happy, healthy lives because of Purdy Vet Hospital. Thank you!
Negative review...called for refill of prescription....email back....call pharmacy have them send fax...advised, have done this..called pharmacy, no response from purdy, happens like this every month finally got tired of it and told them to take some responsibility. We have had good DRs and not so good there so we are moving on. Good luck, hope it works out better for you. P.s putting requests on prescription is not an effective way of communicating with the client. Try a phone call, email or text msg don't depend on pharmac... read more
