I reached out to Purdy Plumbing because I had a leaky shower head and thought the entire Delta cartridge needed replacing. After a few days of sending them photos of the cartridge, an estimator from Purdy called and said they could come over the next day to replace the unit for a flat rate of $535.00. Since I’m not a plumber, I thought that was the usual price. Excellent service from Purdy Plumbing. All work performed as agreed. Good communication and cheerful prompt response from the office staff (Kathy I think - I hope.) Richard our plumber went straight to work with a smile - not kidding. We had budgeted $3,000 for the work including a new Toto toilet in our main bath.
