They stand by their work. I work from home in my garage that's converted into an office. They installed a heat/cooling pump this spring, which has been amazing. I noticed that the wall bracket was coming loose and the exterior bracket wasn't fully secure, leaving it hanging on one side (I'm assuming the cause was the stormy weather). Within 24 hours the bracket was fully replaced and resecured. I'd recommend them any day.
Todd has been a huge resource for us for many years. He is super responsive, getting to our property as soon as he can. We trust him fully to advise us the best way he can, and never tries to upsell us. He is always respectful and professional when he goes into our properties, and takes great care to keep his workspace clean and tidy. We're happy to have Todd and his team on our side!

Had a recent replacement of an external faucet and Tim from Purdy Plumbing & Heating did a great job. Very professional service and price in my opinion was reasonable.
I used Purdy Plumbing a few years ago to change my bathroom taps and they were professional. Recently my sinks have been backing up so I called them over a week ago and secretary said he would give me a call, I waited another 4 days talked to secretary again she said someone would call me. Waited another 2 days still no call back left a message asking if anyone was ever going to call back or should I get someone else.
