My husband special ordered a flower cake for my birthday. They told him a price over the phone and then called again with a higher price. When he went to pick up the cake on my birthday, the cake price was EVEN HIGHER and they didn’t even write what he asked them to on the cake. They didn’t write anything at all on the cake. He was forced to pay the extra money and buy it because if he didn’t, he wouldn’t have had a birthday cake for me. The woman had no excuse and didn’t offer any compensation for this discrepancy. i always loved the bread and the counter staff are great people but to the bakers its 4 pm sunday and the shelves are once again bare , bread cost peanuts to make so why every day u always out , horrible product tracking
Purdy Hill bakery reminds me of our neighborhood bakery growing up. This place has it all! I went in on a Friday looking for an assortment of baked goods for a Women's Conference I was attending. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a selection of everything I wanted and more. I got cookies, cupcakes and other baked goods and everyone LOVED them! Everything was delicious and fresh. In town for a football game and found this amazing place. Unbelievable food and pastries. Super friendly service. We will definitely be back...even though we live 1 hour away!
