Got my credit card approved but did not receive it in 2 weeks as suggested. Went to the bank and changed my address since it was sent my 4 year old address. Still didnt receive it. Went back second time to find out they still have my 4 year old address! Changed again but still did not receive it. Now, its 2 months since my card had been approved. This bank sucks!! Fraud all over the place. 3 people in my home in a month have gotten it from this bank. Went in to try to figure it out and the male teller in there was a complete jackass. Manager comes over and wants us to leave and calls police. Manager realized she's wrong and gives us another teller. She was much more professional. This bank needs to be more sympathetic towards their customers that have been frayed, not confrontational!! More lost customers!!
Have been with Purdue Fed since we moved back to town in 1989! Wouldn't have any other credit union as our financial institution!!!
This bank is worthless. They block my account and charge me for stuff but don't bother to tell me about it. I never receive emails or written notices or even phone calls. As soon as I can I'm canceling my account and going to a real bank; one that will help me take care of what I need done instead of bullying and blocking my accounts for no reason.
Call for a new car loan they tell me 3.9 mind you I'm a "Gold Member" lol joke!!!!! So I go to Ford and a bank named VIA gave gave me 1.8! A bank I've never been to! Lol but I'm a pefcu gold member! And a member for over a decade! I think pefcu is a joke! And customer service rep Jake is a tough guy on the phone! But I'm sure he's soft like butter in person!-
