I've always had a great experience working with them. Their employees are always extremely nice and helpful! I go to their Purdue location at least once a month and the visit is always friendly and quick! :)
I wouldn't use any other Credit Union. Everyone I talk to also prefers Purdue Federal.
I have been with PEFCU for over 20 years and have great credit as well as a great history with them yet, in the past six months they have denied me two different small personal loans. Today, I walked in to Mt. America and was able to secure double and then some of what I have in credit with PEFCU as well as get pre-approved for a hefty car loan at their lowest interest rates, which were lower by 3% than PEFCU's lowest rate even after all this time. The absolute best place in the area for your finances. You are not a customer, you are a member. There's a big difference. You aren't nickle-and-dimed to death, that's not the aim of PFCU. Customer service is second to none, good and fair rates.
