He was the LAST GC that said he would repair my home post hurricane MICHEAL. That was over 2 years ago. He came several times and again with his son. He canceled a quick fix I needed on my sink ($500.) from another plumber, "we need all the money we can get" refused to do a full quote. He was mortified of exactimate which doesn't even matter, the insurance just needed to know the cost of repairs and damages.
