Terrible customer service!!!!!! We had turf installed in June. We purchased the dog-friendly turf by THEIR recommendation, and the Zeodorizer, also by THEIR recommendation. They were FULLY aware that we have a dog. 2 weeks after the install, our yard started to seem pungent like dog urine. We followed all cleaning instructions! I called their store and went down to their store and purchased their Turf Bomb. That did NOT work. We've tried several other products and they do nothing! 3 months later and our yard smells awful!
