A disappointing experience with Purchase Green resulted in wasted money and a botched landscaping job. Despite assurances from Diego and Kyra, the subcontractors’ poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and excuses led to numerous issues, including dead plants, inadequate irrigation, and damage to the property. The company’s failure to rectify the problems forced us to hire another landscaper to fix the mistakes.
5/22/2025 update: We've had our turf for almost a year now.... it still smells terrible, no matter what we try. And the worst part? We'll never be able to get any help from the company. We never did move forward with small claims simply because of the time. But never, ever, ever will I recommend this company! They've never once reached out to try and resolve the situation and now we're stuck with expensive, smelly grass in our yard. What a waste. Terrible customer service!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!!! We had turf installed in June. We purchased the dog-friendly turf by THEIR recommendation, and the Zeodorizer, also by THEIR recommendation. They were FULLY aware that we have a dog. 2 weeks after the install, our yard started to seem pungent like dog urine. We followed all cleaning instructions! I called their store and went down to their store and purchased their Turf Bomb. That did NOT work. We've tried several other products and they do nothing! 3 months later and our yard smells awful!
