Wow, cant even get company out for a quote. Do ur potential customer's a favor & let them kno u cant get to the job, maybe refer them to another company so i didnt have to wait around for nothing. Very poor business practices. If u had been honest in the 1st place instead of blowing me off i would have waited for u to come around when u were less busy. Very disappointed in the time line for getting my Purchase green lawn installed. I was promised a date for installation by Shaun, for a party we were planning. The date I needed was 10 weeks after I placed a deposit. A week before the party Shaun said things were looking good. Ten weeks after the party, still no lawn and no word. Once they started the work, the crew was quick and efficient.. It looks great and my grandkids love it. I feel at peace with the 3 year warranty on labor and lifetime on the product. I would recommend!
Great helpful place shuan was a real help
Good materials but not confident I shouldn't have worked with a lower bid, more experienced installer for my putting green functionality. Slight buyers remorse. Otherwise, it looks okay. Recommend others avoid putting greens with seams; design with 15' wide limitation.
