Was sent this company from a AAA call. They did not call us to let us know they were on the way, or to confirm what battery we needed as that was noted on our AAA service request. Just showed up with no advance warning and just started helping himself to the inside of my wife's car before she could walk out of the house. Then proceeded to say he didn't have a battery for the vehicle, which I figured since he couldn't be bothered to call us ahead of time to confirm. We used Purcell’s Auto Service when my son’s vehicle had a blow out off of Jesup. The wait was brief and the service was very professional and pleasant. I want to say the driver was Travis, who gave great advice. Purcells Auto Service is worth keeping in my address book.
