Courtney is the Best!
I was recommended to this salon for my wedding. First she passed me on to an unexperienced stylist. When she arrived she was kind but unprofessional. Said she had practiced my hairstyle that I sent to her ALL week. It was clearly her first time doing the hairstyle. It was a rats nest. I had to redo it myself. I was very disappointed. She didn't seem to care the day of. Now I can't get a word back from her or the salon. Too bad people feel that conducting poor business is acceptable.
