they got me in quick and fixed my tire fast. Will be a repeat customer again.
HAd an 0800 appt on a Saturday. It's now 0852. I watched the guy that was supposed to be working on my truck and the manager talking about another ticket for about 20 minutes while my truck sits on the lift with nothing being done. This will be the last time I come here.
Just this week put two new tires on my vehicle. I had no reason to open the liftgate till tonight and found the spare tire laying in the back instead of where it should be. Guess that means another trip to the shop... Grrrrrrr!!!! I am not a happy camper!!!
Once again the gentlemen at Purcell tire went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed the right way. They treated me with respect and explained the repairs needed in detail. I'm happy to say my car is brand new once again. Thank you Paul,Craig,Nick and everyone else that made this a great experience. I really got more than my monies worth. You will all be highly recommended to my friends and family.
