Dropped my car off to get new struts. When I dropped off my car there was NO crack, chip, or any other issue with my vehicle’s windshield. Purcell employees called me twice while having my vehicle in their care and did not mention any issues with my windshield. My husband picked up my vehicle and noticed two large cracks in my windshield. My husband took my car back up there to ask about the windshield and they told him they would not fix it because there was a crack when I dropped it off.
