I don't take my cars anywhere else I either do the work myself or take my cars here they always do an impeccable job. I like to know I don't have to worry about someone skipping the work or inspection on my car because it's becomes a repetitive task. Thank you guys!

I've been going to Purcell in Fernley since I moved here 3 years ago& am very pleased with the work they have done. I wont be taking my car any where else. good service good people.
The staff is always very courteous. They don't rush through but take their time helping you.
Called in to have them look at my truck, which had an oil leak. 'Scott' said "we don't get in to fixing oil leaks." Took it next door to Fernley Tire And Brake and he fixed it in 30 mins. Of course Ted is a Marine veteran and is used to serving people. Purcell is inept and unprofessional...to say the least. No wonder they have such a poor reputation.
Came in at 430 on a Fri afternoon w/ very heavy oversized tires on beadlocks completely unbalanced. These guys went out of their way & above and beyond to help us out. They balanced the tires, allowing us to make it to the event on Saturday, these guys have my families business for life. ��
The fernley nv store.is the worst tire store I've ever been to.being 55 I've been to a lot of tire stores. STAY AWAY
