Scott and the others are THE BEST! I take mannnnnyy cars (my own, family members, and friends) to Purcells in Peoria. I have never been disappointed in the service I have received. If I need a vehicle back by a certain time, I call and make an appointment. They let me know when I can drop off and pick up. If there is no rush, I drop vehicle off. I recently had an oil change at this location. When I went in I had a coupon for a free oil change. At first the guy that helped me was really hesitant about getting my oil change in my car kept telling me that it would be a long wait,not having enough to staff ect. I let him know I was not in any hurry that I could wait but he said we it will take 2 1/2 hrs I said its ok I'll wait. Not even 15 min later he said my car was done to me it seemed that it was too fast .well now 3 weeks later my car is requiring an oil change!! S... read more

Took car in for oil change and they put 1 qt too much. When I called about it the manager argued with me and said he knew what he knew what he was talking about. My wife took our car there for a flat repair and Tremont it on the car. They told her she had a tail lite out and asked if she wanted them to change it. She Asked what it would cost and they quoted her a price well over$20.She told them her husband would take care of it. When I checked the tail lights or they all worked. I bought tires there back in 2010, and Goodyear had a tire sale on at that time and PURCELL TIRE even told me about it. They didn't have to even mention it, but they did. Fast service, told ME about the sale that was going on (it WASNT a STORE sale, but a GOODYEAR MANUFACTURER sale) when I was looking to buy new tires. Fast and courteous. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!! I called this shop to see how much they would charge to m/b 4 tires and they quoted me $100, so I took my car to them at 8am and was told it would take TWO hours. At 10 am I get a call from the shop manager telling me my car wouldn't be ready until 5pm...NINE HOURS TO M/B 4 TIRES!!!!!! I come to find out I was pushed to the back of the line because I didn't purchase my tires from this shop and the manager didn't like that I had brought them competitor's tires.
