Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Stephanie at Purcell Tire! Every time I stop by she goes above and beyond and always with a smile. Her customer service is absolutely top tier! I had a minor issue yesterday with one of my vehicles and Stephanie went out of her way to get the issue resolved quickly. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and providing excellent customer service! It’s nice to walk into a business and feel like you are valued as a customer.
This is where I get my vehicles serviced. Stephanie the manager is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the prices are good.
We were driving from Minnesota to Georgia when our tire blew on the interstate. We were able to get a replacement tire, get it installed and were back on the road in under an hour! They were super friendly and very helpful and the price was less than what our insurance was quoting us so that was great.
