They broke my tpms said its was like that when I took it in. Lie #1 if it was broke loose inside my tire. I would have heard it beating and banging on my rim then I was told the reason I did not hear it. Was because my tires had sound deadner inside them witch I've never heard that before lie#2 had two tire leaking air one with a nail the other a screw the one with the nail I was told by law they can't fix it ok I get that side wall ok so I go to another tire shop, stay check the tire. Terrible service had an appointment at 8 am got to get my car at 2:30 ! Was there before 8 sat there 2 hours before I was told my tries were not there but would be between 9 and 11:50 had my wife come pick me up (they did offer to take me home ) Then at 2:15 was called to say my car was ready , they are terrible at service no communication. I will never do any business with them again ! Took all day my wife missed a funeral because of the non communication Never had this much trouble getting tires .
Went in for simple oil change and have front brake pad wear checked. Made appointment and this still took a hour and a half. Without permission they checked back brakes and pulled code on ABS system to find that its a bad plug of which I had already used my own professional scanner to find. They also dogged my tires because they came from Walmart.
