This doctor and her staff have no consideration for the patient and the patient’s family time. If I have an appointment for her to see your child at 8AM you probably won’t get seen until after 9:30AM. Time management not their strong suit. They should allow more time in between patients so that people are not waiting over an hour and a half to get seen. Absolutely love Dr. Purcell and Step Pediatrics! They have been a godsend to my family. She is wonderful when it comes to complicated medical cases, and even better she is a great medical team leader. She will pull together all of the specialist doctor's information and look at the whole person instead of just one organ system. She has helped my children grow into fine young adults!
Dr Purcell is a real doctor!! I felt very comfortable and she made my son feel comfortable! Seemed like she really cares and she was right on the money when she diagnosed my son with strep throat. A big thank you to her and her staff!!!!!
