Dr Purcell is the best! and the 8 mile location in Farmington is beautiful! - this is what automatically filled when I opened the google review but I couldn't agree more : ) This practice is kind, friendly, responsive and respectful. Haha I am laughing at the automated google review but it is on point. The office is lovely and Dr. Purcell is fantastic. There's a reason I recommend this practice to anyone looking.
Very clean professional office, friendly staff and on-time appt (huge for Drs). Dr Purcell is a pleasure, understanding and easy to talk to about personal health.
Was initially very good, but once I went into menopause, the level of care was lacking. Provider wrote down "menopause.org" on a post it note and told to do my own research. Asked if menopause could be the cause of my recent increase in cholesterol (I'm a life long vegetarian with historically very low cholesterol) and was told that isn't her area and she can't comment on that. Please do better.
Dr. Purcell was absolutely amazing as always. I have seen her since I started going to the OBGYN 10 years ago and from the second I met her she has always made me feel so comfortable and safe enough to be my authentic self. She went above and beyond with taking the time to truly listen to me and see how I was doing on top of finding outside resources for me for mental health support. She is always so validating with your feelings and finds ways to relate so that you feel seen.
Dr. Purcell was patient, empathetic, and always spent time to listen to my problems. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor!
